Liquidity Pool Position Tracker

Description

Create a React component that fetches and displays a user's liquidity pool positions for RWA tokens on Uniswap V3. Should show current value, fees earned, impermanent loss, and position range. Must connect to user's wallet via wagmi/viem.

Requirements

• React component with wagmi wallet connection
• Fetch positions from Uniswap V3 subgraph
• Display value, fees, IL, and range
• Support multiple positions per wallet

Acceptance Criteria

• Correctly calculates current position value
• Fees earned matches Uniswap UI within 1%
• Handles wallets with 0 positions gracefully
• Mobile-responsive layout
