Docker Compose Dev Stack

Description

Build a Docker Compose configuration that spins up a complete local development environment for RWA ecosystem projects. Should include Hardhat node, PostgreSQL, Redis, and a simple health check dashboard. Developers should be able to run `docker compose up` and have a working environment in under 60 seconds.

Requirements

• Docker Compose v3+ configuration
• Hardhat node with pre-funded accounts
• PostgreSQL 15+ with schema migrations
• Redis for caching layer

Acceptance Criteria

• Single `docker compose up` starts all services
• All services healthy within 60 seconds
• Includes .env.example with documentation
• Works on macOS, Linux, and WSL2
