Compliance Event Logger

Description

Create a Solidity contract that acts as a centralized compliance event logger for the RWA ecosystem. It should emit standardized events when compliance-relevant actions occur, such as KYC status changes, blocked transfers, and jurisdiction updates. Events should follow a consistent schema for easy indexing.

• Standardized event schema for compliance actions
• Role-based access for event emission
• Batch event emission support
• Event filtering by type and address

Acceptance Criteria

• Events indexable by The Graph
• Gas cost per event < 30K
• Full test suite with edge cases
• Deployed to Sepolia testnet
